2013 Alleva Coppolo RA-5 5-string jazz bass
This is pretty much as good as a Jazz bass can get in terms of tone, sustain, and playability.
Northern ash body
One piece quartersawn neck with black binding and black block inlays
Hipshot lollipop tuners
Controls: Volume, Blend, Tone (pull for passive), Treble boost, Bass boost
Alleva-Coppolo single coil pickups
Frets in 99.5% condition, virtually no signs of wear on frets or fretboard
Original pickguard and rear cavity cover had some light scratches, so I sent them to Jimmy Coppolo to use as templates and had identical brand new ones made. (Both sets are included. The new pieces are now installed. They still have the protective plastic film on them.)
Brand new Alleva-Coppolo branded gig bag (a Protec Contego CTG-233)
This bass has more sustain than any bass I have ever encountered.
As for tone, well, it's an A-C. No need to say any more!! Just pure deliciousness.

Nut width: 1 7/8"
Weight: 11 lbs. 13 oz., balances perfectly with zero neck dive
One very faint 3/4" scratch on the back on the lower horn, barely into the finish and hard to see.
Some light pitting spots on the bridge.
Handling marks on the tuners.
The body doesn't show its age at all. In fact, it looks basically brand new other than the aforementioned little scratch.
